We strive to exceed expectations and set new standards for quality and sustainability Read more about this company Site Foreman Job Type Full Time , Onsite Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 5 years Location Job Field Construction and Site Engineering   Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month We are seeking a Site Foreman to supervise daily site operations and coordinate trades to ensure construction works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and equipment operators Allocate tasks and ensure smooth sequencing of all trades on site Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications Track progress, report delays, and support site planning with the Site Engineer Enforce site safety, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards Maintain daily site records including labour, materials, and equipment usage Support inspections, snagging, and handover activities Requirements 5+ years construction experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution Strong leadership and communication skills Construction-related qualification is an advantage Physically fit and able to work on active site environments Check how your CV aligns with this job Method of Application Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: [Click the Apply button below to see the contact details] using the position as subject of email.
