JOB SUMMARY HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Finance OperationsStrong reconciliation and invoice verification skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting softwareHigh attention to detail and strong analytical ability RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct accurate 3-way matching (PO, GRV, Waybill, Invoice) before payment processingVerify invoices are properly reviewed and approved by authorized personnelPrepare monthly supplier reconciliations and maintain updated vendor recordsReconcile major supplier accounts and manage rebate reconciliations where applicableEnsure all payments comply with agreed supplier credit termsMonitor open Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on pending GRN/SRV documentationProcess payment schedules and send payment confirmations to vendorsSupport monthly bank reconciliations and audit documentation REQUIRED SKILLS Bookkeeping, Accounting, Account management, Cash management (company), Audit (internal) REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
