This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of settlements and managing chargeback disputes effectively.  This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely settlement of transactions effectively. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Merchant Settlements: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly merchant settlements and reconciliation processes. Review and approve transaction details from merchants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Manage multiple merchant settlements and transaction details on a daily basis Chargeback Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of chargeback regulations and procedures across different payment networks and regions. Investigate and respond to chargeback disputes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing the chances of successful resolution. Implement strategies to minimize chargeback rates and fraud risk, including monitoring transaction patterns and identifying potential fraudulent activities.
