Role Description

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and a hybrid working structure, including flexible in-office requirements. The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, engaging with clients and counterparties, and supporting on various transactions and advisory matters.

The role involves working directly with the founder and director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be able to take initiative, manage certain matters independently, take ownership of their work, and assist in managing a growing workload. The position offers strong long-term growth potential within the business, together with flexible remuneration structures depending on experience, capability and fit. Who Are You? You are an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa You have experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, and Contract Negotiation You completed your articles within a corporate/commercial practice, or have 2 years’ post-admission experience in corporate and commercial transactions
