Job Spec Company Job Summary Company and Job Description: You’ll form part of a collaborative finance team responsible for managing the full accounting function and supporting financial operations across the business. This role is ideal for a Financial Accountant who enjoys reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and partnering with operational stakeholders to drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end close processes, including journals and reconciliations Perform balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax, and statutory requirements Support annual audit processes and preparation of AFS Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management Assist with improving financial controls and operational processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Expérience

Strong financial reporting and reconciliations experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and commercial awareness BCom Degree in Accounting (essential) 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industry experience advantageous Apply now!
