The Recovery Officer will be responsible for pursuing overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and managing debt recovery processes to ensure timely settlements. The individual will collaborate with customers to resolve financial issues, monitor account status, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining efficient record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
