The ideal candidate will be independent, self-motivated, confident, and innovative, with a strong sense of punctuality and attention to detail. This role is based in Cape Town.

Matric certificate. Qualification as a Skin Care Therapist (advantageous). National Diploma in Somatology or a related field (advantageous).

Expérience

Relevant National Diploma or Degree (advantageous). Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the skincare industry. At least 3 years of proven sales experience (essential). Requirements: A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential). Key Responsibilities:

Building, maintaining, and nurturing strong client relationships. Knowledge and Skills: Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally. Comprehensive understanding of skincare and relevant regulatory requirements. Ability to perform under pressure. Outstanding customer service skills. Consultative sales expertise. Adaptability and flexibility. Self-driven, motivated, resilient, and level-headed.
