Calling Over - Quality Control Administrator Technology Port Elizabeth , South Africa R 10 000 - R 12 000 /year Until 2026/07/23 Job description Calling Over Attention to detail meets meaningful impact in this quality control role. You'll be the final checkpoint ensuring our Annual Financial Statements are accurate, complete, and professionally presented before they reach clients—protecting both the firm's reputation and our clients' trust.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform casting of the final AFS and meticulously review DataSnipper outputs for accuracy Clearly mark any issues identified and update typing instructions with initials and date Call all pages of the AFS from cover page to final page, checking spelling, wording, consistency, page numbering, classifications, reconciliations, and cross-references between the SOCI, SOFP, cash flows, and notes Ensure the SOFP balances and that all amounts agree across statements and notes Reperform and review cash flow calculations where possible and confirm alignment with the SOFP Escalate uncertainties or potential impacts on the AFS to the appropriate team members WHAT YOU'LL NEED Strong understanding of IFRS and applicable accounting frameworks Sharp eye for detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies across complex financial statements Methodical approach to quality control and error identification Solid grasp of financial statement components and how they interconnect Ability to work systematically through multi-page documents without missing critical details
