This role bridges the gap between sales staff and management, providing guidance, motivation, and support to the team. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Service & Sales Supervise daily sales floor operations to ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained. Assist in communicating daily sales targets to team members, including Flexi staff and Learners. Monitor sales performance during shifts and provide real-time support to improve conversion. Encourage cross-selling and upselling among team members. Assist in building customer relationships and contributing to the customer database program.
