Job Overview: The Program Manager, Resettlement & Integration, coordinates the development, implementation, and completion of all grants, contracts and activities related to the resettlement, integration, and housing teams. Responsibilities include supervision of all team staff to ensure program compliance. This role represents the IRC in the community, cultivating partnerships, and continuously improving programs and services in response to needs identified by clients and the community. This position reports to the Deputy Director, Programs. The program manager will also support and may lead cross-program functions and projects in the Denver office.  Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:  Oversight of Programs:   Effectively lead the development, implementation, compliance, and completion of a changing portfolio of various resettlement and integration grants, programs and contracts.  Lead client intake, client referral process, and case coordination across all IRC Denver programs. Support the development of grant proposals and reports related to assigned areas of contracts and grants within the department.  Supervise and lead the provision of services through regular and systematic case file reviews, and quality assurance protocols including data QA to ensure compliance with donor requirements and provision of quality services.  In coordination with office leadership, manage expenses to ensure costs are maintained within allocated budgets.  Conduct outreach activities in local communities and with relevant partner organizations to promote awareness of, and ensure timely access to, services available for refugees and other populations. Staff Supervision and Other Responsibilities  Participate as an active member of the office leadership team and relevant internal and external groups.  Supervise direct service staff and supervisors; formally evaluate team and individual performance to ensure objectives have been met.  Recruit and train staff in all aspects of Resettlement and Integration programs responsibilities.  Represent IRC in public, professional and governmental forums.  Facilitate interdepartmental communication and information sharing for monthly newsletters, program reports, etc.  Support and/or lead cross-program functions in the office, in coordination with office leadership.   Other duties as assigned.  Job Requirements  Education: Undergraduate degree required. Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.  Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of program and staff management experience required.  Experience working with and leading case management or resettlement programs strongly preferred.  Experience managing a team of direct service providers strongly preferred.  Demonstrated Skills and Competencies : Demonstrated ability to promote an organizational culture that reflects IRC’s core values of service, accountability, integrity, and equality. Ability to lead through the true collaboration of individuals from many cultures with a great variety of skills and perspectives.  Strong analytical and training skills; excellent written and oral communication skills.  Highly organized self-starter with proven success managing multiple priorities, making critical decisions, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.  Solid diplomacy, relationship building, and networking skills; ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships, including community stakeholders and donors.  Previous fundraising and grant writing experience preferred.  Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in a second language is desirable.   Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.  Valid driver’s license and access to a personal, insured vehicle.  Working Environment: A combination of standard office environment, remote work, and ‘field’ time within the service delivery area to perform the outlined responsibilities.  May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.  Compensation: ( Pay Range: $68,000 - $79,227 ) Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates.
