JOB SUMMARY Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines.A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in business intelligence, product development, or strategic planning roles. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide senior-level guidance on business intelligence and product development strategies to support the bank's goals.Lead cross-functional initiatives to align mobility business objectives with market trends and customer demands.Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data collection and integration frameworks.Utilise predictive analytics and machine learning models to drive business insights.Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data visualization tools to enhance decision-making.Drive in-depth industry benchmarking and value chain analyses to identify growth opportunities.Monitor competitive activities and market trends, delivering actionable intelligence to senior management.Develop long-term strategies based on comprehensive market analysis to ensure sustained competitiveness.Lead the creation of sophisticated demand forecasting models tailored to the mobility business.Drive efficiency in route and logistics planning through advanced optimization techniques.Recommend data-driven operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
