This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex global infrastructure programmes, building production-grade internal platforms that support end-to-end project delivery across multiple international sites. The Role

You will take ownership of a sophisticated construction scheduling and task management platform built on Blazor Server and .NET Core. The environment is highly data-driven, with complex workflows and large, multi-user coordination requirements. Key responsibilities include Architecting and developing scalable Blazor Server applications with reusable component libraries Designing and consuming .NET Core APIs and managing ASP.NET Core lifecycle processes Managing database interactions using Entity Framework Core, including migrations, stored procedures, and performance optimisation Building complex, data-intensive UI components (Syncfusion or similar) for scheduling and project coordination Implementing real-time updates using SignalR Managing deployments and hosting environments (IIS / Windows Server) Driving Azure DevOps processes including CI/CD, branching, and release management Collaborating with analytics teams to enable Power BI reporting and data integration Mentoring developers and contributing to engineering best practices Requirements

Expérience

10–13 years’ experience in software development (senior individual contributor level) Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core Proven production experience with Blazor Server (minimum 2 years) Advanced SQL Server experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimisation, SQL Agent jobs) Experience building complex data grid interfaces (Syncfusion, Telerik, or similar) Solid experience with Entity Framework Core (database-first and migrations) Git and Azure DevOps experience Exposure to IIS / Windows Server environments Experience working remotely with US time zone overlap Advantageous: SignalR, Highcharts, and Power BI integration Experience in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale project environments Free.
