Minimum 2 -3 years Housekeeping Management experience in a 5 star boutique operation or Big 5 reserve with in a similar lodge environment; Budget & Stock Control Experience Room Division or Front of House Experience - a plus; Hospitality and Service training experience - a plus; Valid  Drivers licence  and own reliable transport Leadership
