We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support offshore Oil & Gas projects, with a strong preference for experience in Single Point Mooring (SPM) systems. The ideal candidate will have exposure to subsea operations, project coordination in offshore environments, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and budget tracking processes. Role & responsibilities: Coordinate daily project activities for offshore Oil & Gas operations. Support planning, scheduling, and execution of SPM-related activities including installation, maintenance, and inspections. Liaise with offshore teams, marine operations, engineering, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. Assist in coordination of Single Point Mooring (SPM) system works including CALM buoys, mooring systems, and associated marine infrastructure. Support subsea operations including inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM) activities. Coordinate vessel schedules, offshore logistics, and mobilization / demobilization activities. Ensure documentation and reporting from offshore teams are accurate and timely. Maintain and update project schedules and action trackers. Prepare and maintain budget logs, cost trackers, and expenditure reports. Monitor project costs versus approved budgets and flag deviations. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders. Apply Agile methodologies where applicable to improve coordination, task tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. Participate in sprint planning, progress reviews, and retrospective meetings (if implemented). Drive continuous improvement in project execution workflows. Coordinate communication between client representatives, offshore teams, vendors, and internal departments. Maintain proper documentation including contracts, change orders, technical reports, and compliance records. Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. Ensure all offshore activities comply with company HSE policies and industry standards.

Support risk assessments, permit coordination, and safety documentation requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, Project Management, or related field.

• 510+ years of experience in Oil & Gas project coordination, preferably in offshore environments. Strong experience in Single Point Mooring (SPM) operations preferred. Exposure to subsea operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured project management practices. Experience maintaining budget logs and cost control documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working with offshore vessels and marine contractors. Knowledge of mooring systems, CALM buoys, and marine terminal operations. Strong experience of Agile Methodologies. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar tracking tools. Strong stakeholder management and multitasking ability.
