We are seeking an experienced Technical Advisor – Education to provide strategic leadership and technical guidance for education programs in humanitarian and development settings, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and evidence-based interventions. Key Responsibilities Provide overall technical leadership to ensure education programs are high-quality, inclusive, and aligned with Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies standards. Lead the design and development of education programs and proposals for donors such as UNICEF, USAID, and European Union. Build the capacity of staff and partners by providing training, mentorship, and technical support. Strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems to ensure programs are data-driven and continuously improved. Represent the organisation in coordination forums and engage with government, donors, and partners on education initiatives.
