Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably sales and marketing of educational books/ within a publishing firm, media, or creative industries. Proven track record of successfully executing sales and marketing strategies that drive growth. Experience in managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of customer segmentation, market trends, and brand positioning in the publishing sector. Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
