Head of Finance Sector: FMCG Deadline: 12 December 2025 Location: Douala WE ARE HIRING RESPONSIBILITIES • Establish and maintain robust financial control systems compliant with OHADA and Group standards. • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for local management, the Group, and international financial partners. • Lead cash flow management, currency risk management, and relationships with local and international banks. • Manage the financial monitoring and reporting of the major silo and capacity expansion investments. ⚫ strictly follow all Cameroonian tax laws and customs regulations, minimising financial and fiscal risks related to import activities and product distribution. • Drive performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and control. Provide critical financial analysis and insight to the GM and Operations Manager to optimise costs and investment returns. PROFILE • Master's Degree (Bac + 5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Management or equivalent certification is a significant asset. • Seasoned finance and accounting professional with at least 4 years as a Head of Finance or Senior Financial Controller in an international group, preferably in a sector with complex logistics, imports, or industrial production. Deep technical expertise in OHADA/IFRS, fiscal law, treasury/FX management, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) tracking. Unquestionable integrity and confidentiality. Bilingual. Ability to negotiate complex financial terms, and experience presenting financial data to executive boards and external investors.
