Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate (Social Inclusion & Integration), the Case Manager (Social Inclusion & Integration) will provide case management support for migrants' socio-economic inclusion, with a focus on labour market access, education, and community engagement within the framework of the MMIA-PLUSZ 2.2. Responsibilities
Provide timely and culturally appropriate information on available support.
Facilitate access to services through referral pathways.
Assist migrants in accessing job opportunities, vocational training, and career counseling.
Provide guidance on fair labor practices and safe working conditions.
Support educational enrollment and skills development initiatives.
Organize community integration activities and awareness sessions.
Build networks with community leaders, employers, and service providers.
Provide individual case management for vulnerable migrants to support their socio-economic inclusion, including conducting risk assessments and developing individual support plans.
Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with data protection.
Support reporting and knowledge-sharing on integration trends and challenges.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or Migration Studies with two years of experience; or High school diploma with four years of experience. Skills Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Experience working with migrant communities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Hungarian and/or Russian is a distinct advantage.
