JOB SUMMARY RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Supply Chain or related field8–12 years experience across agribusiness, sourcing/procurement, and supply chainExperience in contract farming/outgrower models and agri commodities sourcingStrong commercial and cost understandingAbility to manage end-to-end supply chainStrong negotiation and sourcing capability RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & PlanningDefine raw material sourcing strategy (local vs import)Plan acreage, crop mix, and sourcing volumesCultivation & Farmer NetworkDevelop and manage contract farming programRecruit and train farmers and aggregatorsSourcing & ProcurementLead procurement of raw materials from farmers and tradersDevelop supplier and aggregator networkSupply Chain & OperationsOrganize collection, aggregation, and preprocessingSet up and manage collection centersQuality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to quality standards and specificationsMaintain traceability across supply chainStakeholder ManagementWork with partners, NGOs, and government bodiesCoordinate with internal teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Finance) REQUIRED SKILLS Agriculture and natural resources, Stakeholder communication, Planning REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
