TAX MANAGER - Olam Agri

Olam Agri We're Hiring Tax Manager Location: Douala (Cameroon) Start Date: Immediate Duties/Responsibilities • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all statutory tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, NSIF, etc.). • Maintain compliance with Cameroonian tax laws and regulations. • Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors during audits and inspections. Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies aligned with business goals. • Identify opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation. • Advise management on the tax implications of business decisions and transactions. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. • Maintain proper documentation to support tax positions and defend against audits. Manage tax disputes and litigation in collaboration with legal advisors. Drive efficiency all controls & inspection in the company, in collaboration with the concerned functions. Life at Olam Agri Job Type: Permanent (CDI) Skills/Experience • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal, Taxation, or related field. • Professional certification in taxation (e.g. DESS, CPA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage. Minimum 10 • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in tax management, preferably in FMCG or multinational companies. • Experience with Cameroonian tax laws and international tax frameworks.
