Scope of Services: Provision of reliable, high-speed dedicated business internet connectivity. Redundant and resilient network architecture with failover capability. Scalable bandwidth solutions to support medical, logistics, and operational systems. ISP service management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support. Ensuring service availability across MSF offices and facilities in Sierra Leone.
