Key Responsibilities Leasing Administration & Coordination Support Leasing Consultants and Property Managers with day-to-day leasing administration Gather, verify, and compile all required documentation for lease applications prior to submission to head office

Formation / Diplômes

Ensure completeness and accuracy of FICA documentation and supporting lease information Submit fully compliant application packs to head office for lease generation, vetting, and affordability assessments Assist with lease renewals, including preparation, follow-ups, and tracking if and when required Lead Management & Communication Answer incoming leasing enquiries and log all leads accurately Distribute and track leads to Leasing Consultants Follow up with prospective tenants to ensure progression of deals Maintain professional and timely communication with tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders Data & Systems Management Maintain and update leasing trackers and reporting tools Ensure vacancy schedules are accurate and up to date Update and maintain broker
