Reporting to the Senior Pastor and the School Board, the Head of School will oversee top-tier academic programming and administrative operations of the school. The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership, drive academic excellence and spearhead strategic growth initiatives for our thriving, competitive and academic-focused community Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision to foster academic excellence and school growth
• Initiate revenue-generating strategies and ensure prudent financial management for school operations
• Lead, mentor and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality service and a positive working environment
• Oversee operational logistics, budgeting and compliance will all statutory regulations
• Strengthen partnerships with parents, the community and the board
• Champion a school-wide culture of safety, inclusivity and holistic student development

Expérience

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), or a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from a recognized institution
• A certified professional teacher
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 4 years in a senior management position
• Must be in active service, either in a private r public facility
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced high pressure environment
