We are seeking for a Channel Training Specialist to focus 100% on our external business partners—distributors and retail outlet owners. Equip them with product knowledge, sales skills, and operational guidelines to drive revenue growth. This role involves creating systems, writing training materials, analysing performance data, and working closely with business owners. Note: This is not an HR or internal employee training role. Key Responsibilities Develop and design clear, professional, and actionable training materials, scripts, and guidelines for new outlets and existing distributors. Plan and execute training sessions (physical or virtual), manage all logistics and communications, and travel occasionally for on-site training and store openings. Design and implement the company’s external training framework and manage processes for trainer performance and evaluation . Analyse training impact by tracking KPIs to measure program effectiveness, prepare weekly/monthly Excel reports, and use data analysis tools like Power BI and SPSS. Develop assessment tools, collect feedback, and analyse post-training data to measure program effectiveness and refine future content . Serve as the main
