Position Overview: We are seeking one (01) dedicated and passionate volunteers to join our AD Department at the head office. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to community development and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic mission-driven environment. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Position: Volunteer (01 Positions) Staff reports to: Program Assistant (AD Department). On a general note, the AD Volunteer will participate in executing all tasks related to the work of the department and Good Neighbors in general. A. Workplace Head Office, Yaounde B. Specific profiles required: Candidates must: 1. Be between 18 to 30 years old, 2. Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, finance, or equivalent. A background in community development or humanitarian work is an asset; 3. Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); 4. Be able to read, write, and speak French or English fluently. Knowledge of local languages is an asset; 5. Be able to move around the field; 6. Be punctual, courteous, tactful, and able to communicate sympathetically; 7. Be able to work under pressure; 8. Be available and not have any professional and or personal commitments that could hinder the smooth running of the tasks given within the organization; 9. Applicants must comply with the internal rules of the organization; CONSTITUTION OF THE FILE The applicant must provide the following documents in English or French ü A letter of motivation; ü A curriculum vita (of two pages maximum), with at least two references attesting to good character and aptitude for work; ü A copy of the last diploma and work experience certificates ü A copy of the ID card N.B: 1.
