Volunteer in the Administrative and Finance Department

Good Neighbors Cameroon (GNCMR) is an international non-governmental organization headquartered in Yaoundé, with field offices in Maroua and Mbalmayo. GNCMR focuses its interventions on child sponsorship and community development, implementing projects in key sectors such as food security and livelihoods, education, child protection, water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH), health, environment, gender, and advocacy. In this context, Good Neighbors Cameroon, recruit two (02) Volunteers for the Administration and Finance Department (AD/FD) for its Maroua Office. Duration: 6 months, potentially renewable. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Position: Volunteer Reports to: (Administrative and Finance Department) In general, the AD&FD Volunteer will participate in carrying out all tasks related to the department's work and to Good Neighbors as a whole. A. Workplace: Maroua B. Specific requirements: Candidates must : 1. Be between 18 and 29 years old; 2. Living in Maroua is an asset; 3. Hold at least a Bachelor +2 in Accounting, Finance, Management, Audit, Business Administration, or any other equivalent; 4. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); 5. Be able to read, write, and speak French or English fluently. Knowledge of local languages is an asset; 6. Have basic knowledge of accounting and financial procedures; 7. Be punctual, courteous, and able to communicate sympathetically; 8. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; 9. Be available and have no professional or personal commitments that could hinder the smooth execution of assigned tasks within the organization; 10. Comply with the organization's internal regulations; 2.Constitution of files Candidates should submit the following documents either in English or in French; 1. A signed motivation letter (hand written); 2. A signed Curriculum vitae; including three professional references 3. Photocopies of recent or highest certificates; 4. Photocopy of ID Card; 5.
