TEFON HUMAN RESOURCES SarlVacancy announcementJob Purpose/SummaryThe Driver provides secure and timely driving services to the company and willbe working as a personal driver.Main Mission/Result AreaPRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES•Maintain a clean vehicle both outside and inside.Ensure that safety belts must be clean and in working condition.Fill car with fuel as soon as the tank is half-empty.Control all visual aspects of the vehicle through checklist.Check air pressure in the tires (including the spare tire).Provide minor repairs (windshield wiper, headlights, brake and signallights and interior lights, assure they are functioning).Maintain a logbook in the assigned vehicle in which he indicates thedate and odometer-reading with a detailed description of all repairs andservices.Maintain a fuel logbook (Fuel Card), which includes fuel quantity,vehicle number, oil and other servicing required.Responsible for reporting the accident and assisting the RoadTransport Coordinator by providing information in completing thenecessary accident report, If involved in a motor accident.Fill the Logbook keys when collecting the vehicle keys and sign offwhen return the keys to Supervisor or Radio room at end of the day.HSSE AccountabilitiesParticipate in all HSSE intervention schemes (APIPP, Incidentreporting, site visits) and awareness sessions (HSSE Meetings, eventsand trainings) to maintain and improve Company HSSE culture andperformance.Participate in all toolbox & Drivers Safety MeetingsUnderstand the emergency procedure of car accidents and the relatedrequirements.Lead as a role model to improve HSSE engagement within directteam, section, and department.Understand and master emergency equipment' using methods ofvehicle allocation, such as first aids kit, fire extinguisher, hazardtriangles etc.The incumbent may perform other related duties as assigned.Key Challenges이Must be familiar with the cities and major locations where the Companydoes business.
