JOB SUMMARY

K&K Luxurious Landing is a high-end luxury apartment rental property located in Limbe, Cameroon, offering premium short-stay and long-stay accommodations to executives, diaspora guests, tourists, and corporate clients. We are seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven Luxury Apartment Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations, guest experience, property performance, and revenue optmiza- tion of the apartments. The ideal candidate wil ensure five-star service stancanes, operationanery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property & Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations - proteare digital). Ensure apartments are maintained to high cleanliness, safety, and aesthetix standards. Coordinate houscheeping, laundry, maintenance, and security services. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of issues. Guest Experience & Customer Service Manage guest check-ins and check-outs (physical or digital). Airbnb, Booking.com. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and repeat bookings. Prepare weekly and monthly occupanty and revenue reports. Support ernail detail listratching, and cost controt. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or Real Estate. Minimum 3-5 years experience in property management, hospitality, or luxury short-let rentals. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience managing Airbnb or short-stay rental: platforms, is a strong advantage. Basic financial literacy (tracking income, expenses, reporting). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ablity to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in English (French is an advantage). Financial & Administrative Duties Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies. Protect the K&K Luxurious Landing i.
