Job Description

Procurement and Logistics Coordinator | Fika | Lusaka, Zambia

We are looking for an organized Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to optimize our supply chain and transport operations.

LOCATION: Lusaka, Zambia | CONTRACT: CDI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and coordinate transport and delivery operations
  • Manage stocks, inventories and warehouses
  • Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Optimize costs and improve logistics processes
  • Comply with customs and transport regulations

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, transport or management
  • 2-5 years of logistics management experience
  • Proficiency in inventory management tools (WMS, ERP)
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Valid driving license as required
