Ensuring compliance with IFRS, statutory requirements, VAT, and franchise-related obligations Supporting internal and external audits through detailed schedules and documentation Identifying and implementing improvements to internal controls and accounting processes Providing guidance and review support to junior accountants

Localisation

Working closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams on GL allocations and corrections Supporting finance systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central advantageous) Assisting with ad-hoc analysis, projects, and system enhancements Why consider this opportunity? Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting

Expérience

Experience in a retail, franchise, or multi-entity environment (highly advantageous) Strong Excel skills and exposure to modern accounting systems A detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset with strong communication skills Ability to mentor, review, and collaborate across finance and operational teams Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or similar Articles SAIPA/SAICA
