Across three distinct settings, each camp delivers its own unique atmosphere while maintaining the hallmark of a luxurious safari experience. Core Criteria: Solid background in hospitality or lodge operations Previous experience in luxury lodge or safari operations Proven leadership in multi-site management Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, stock management)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and develop camp managers and staff Operational problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-tourism standards Hands-on leadership style with attention to detail Guest-centric mindset with focus on service excellence
