Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributors within the territory Ensure effective distribution coverage and route-to-market execution Drive market penetration and identify new business opportunities Monitor stock levels across distributors and key accounts to avoid stock-outs Oversee in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional campaigns Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and market conditions Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit within approved limits Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to management Key Requirements At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of distributor and retail network management Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and reporting skills Good knowledge of the local market and territory Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently Key Skills & Competencies Leadership and team development Strategic thinking and execution Sales forecasting and planning Negotiation and influencing skills Relationship management Problem-solving and decision-making High level of accountability and result orientation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of regional sales and revenue targets Territory coverage and distribution expansion Team performance and productivity Availability and visibility of products in the market Distributor performance and stock management New market penetration and customer acquisition Collection efficiency and credit control Execution of trade promotions and campaigns Location : Accra Salary : Attractive Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
