Ensure Bank Cheque are issued where stipulated by credit availment tickets. Ensure cordial and friendly relationship with all internal customers and external and regulatory agencies such as COBAC, BEAC and External Auditors. Attend promptly to correspondence and inquiries. Resolve issues and challenges for better service delivery Organize on the job and external training programmed to empower staff with relevant skills to enhance excellent performance. Evolve a crop of multi-disciplinary skilled staff for the actualization of the Group objectives Authorization of processed jobs. Key Performance Indicator Customer Satisfaction through prompt service delivery on various products. Error Free Processing. Quality GLs and Account proofs Continuous Improved capabilities of staff.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

First degree, MBA, MSC, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications compulsory

EXPERIENCE
