📌 ### 📌 The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Cameroon is looking for a Field Biologist Intern. Reports to: Park Assistant Boumba-Bek. Supervises: n/a. Location: Yokadouma. Duration: Five (05) months. The mission of the department: WWF is supporting the Government of Cameroon towards sustainable natural resources management and wildlife conservation in TRIDOM Cameroon landscape. Major Functions: Contribute to the collection of all ecological monitoring data around forest clearings and on human-wildlife conflicts, under the supervision of the park assistant and junior biologist. He is also responsible for preparing data collection teams in the field. Major Duties and Responsibilities: -Contribute to the implementation of the continuous ecological monitoring system in the targeted clearings of the Boumba-Bek National Park with data collection following scientific protocols. -Participate in the collection of data on human-wildlife conflicts to update the Jengi TRIDOM program database. -Participate, under the supervision of the PNBB Park Assistant, in the organization and management of the appropriate use of the bio-monitoring database and related tools and ensure the adequate storage of field material. -Produce concise and well-written field reports on a regular basis. Profile: Required Qualifications

- Holder of at least a diploma of Higher Technician of Water and Forests or a diploma or any other related specialization;

### 📌 • Field-oriented person: enthusiastic about long forest missions in sometimes challenging and remote conditions;

- Excellent physical condition;

/>- Adaptability and flexibility;
- Proven knowledge of GPS use and GIS-related software, Cybertracker/ SMART, and associated tools;
- Good knowledge of camera trapping, wildlife observation, and photo analysis;
- Ability to manage databases. WWF’s Values & Behaviors:
