Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SandBP’s digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
The role involves managing digital platforms, creating compelling content, and supporting the promotion of the organization’s training, certification, and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth and lead generation targets.
Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) and email platforms.
Drive lead generation and conversion through organic and paid campaigns, including lead nurturing workflows and collaboration with the sales team.
Create and manage high-quality content (social media, newsletters, landing pages) to strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership in international standards and compliance.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to improve performance and return on investment.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using data-driven insights, continuously improving key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Implement SEO strategies and optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Experience with social media management, paid ads, and email marketing tools
Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Content creation and copywriting skills
Analytical and data interpretation skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
