Job description Sales and Marketing Administrator Picture this: you're the heartbeat keeping sales buzzing and marketing firing on all cylinders in a fast-paced world of industrial power solutions. From coordinating powerhouse deals in mining and engineering to sparking fresh campaigns that light up client interest, you'll be the glue making everything hum smoothly across teams, clients, and suppliers.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Dive into the action supporting sales and marketing ops that drive real growth in tough industries like mining and heavy engineering.

Handle day-to-day admin wizardry – from order processing and quote prep to tracking sales pipelines that keep deals moving fast

Coordinate marketing magic, like crafting event invites, managing promo materials, and lining up trade show support for cable reels, plugs, and power systems

Act as the go-to hub, linking sales reps, internal crews, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless info flow and zero hiccups

Whip up sharp reports, dashboards, and insights on sales performance and marketing reach to spotlight wins and spot opportunities

Organise customer databases, CRM updates, and lead nurturing to fuel business expansion in demanding sectors

Jump in on campaign rollouts, social blasts, and collateral creation that showcase high-performance industrial kit

REQUIREMENTS Solid admin chops with experience in sales or marketing support – bonus if you've tangoed in industrial, mining, or engineering spaces

Tech-savvy with CRM tools (think Salesforce or similar), MS Office suite, and maybe a dash of design software like Canva or Adobe

Top-notch comms skills – chatting confidently with clients, reps, and stakeholders via email, phone, or in-person

Eagle-eye for detail, juggling multiple tasks without dropping the ball in a high-energy environment

Proactive mindset – spotting ways to streamline processes and boost efficiency

Matric plus a relevant diploma or cert in marketing, business admin, or similar; 2+ years' experience will make you shine
