We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven 2-3-year experienced Events Coordinator to lead the full 360° planning and execution of our corporate and social events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love transforming ideas into memorable experiences, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events from concept to completion

  • Engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored event experiences

  • Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service excellence

  • Oversee logistics, budgets, and timelines to meet organizational goals
