Job Description

A growing company in Kasoa is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Teller / Customer Service Officer (CSO). Job Responsibilities

  • Handling customer transactions and inquiries professionally
  • Assisting customers with account-related services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Receiving and processing payments
  • Supporting daily office operations and customer service activities

Expérience

  • Ensuring excellent customer experience and relationship management
  • Preparing daily transaction reports when required

Minimum of HND or Degree in a related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
