Grant Administration Officer (GAO) | FRANKFURT ZOOLOGICAL SOCIETY | Lusaka, Lusaka, Zambia, Zambia

We are looking for a versatile and rigorous Grant Administration Officer (GAO) to ensure the smooth administrative functioning of our organization.

LOCATION: Lusaka, Lusaka, Zambia, Zambia | CONTRACT: CDI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the executive's agenda, travel and correspondence
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events and appointments
  • Process and archive administrative documents
  • Receive and direct visitors and phone calls
  • Liaise between different departments
  • Manage office supplies and consumables

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Degree in secretarial studies, executive assistance or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Organized, discreet and well-presented
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
