Job description Junior Project Manager The Junior Project Manager will assist with planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, all while ensuring high quality standards.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Demonstrate experience in managing interior design projects from inception to completion.

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Ability to create and manage project timelines. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Execution and Monitoring:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Assist in the development of project progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Communication:

• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, team members, and clients.

• Schedule and attend project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

• Provide regular updates to senior project managers and other stakeholders. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and issues within the project, and work with senior team members to develop mitigation plans.

• Monitor and report on project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

• Assist in quality control activities to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. Regulatory Compliance:

• Have an understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to interior design.

• Experience navigating and obtaining necessary permits. Time Management:

• Excellent time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education: Project Manager Qualification Advantageous.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project management, administrative, or team coordination role (internships count).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software
