We are recruiting a meticulous Financial Controller / Group Finance Controller to manage and secure our financial operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee general, analytical and budget accounting
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance
- Optimize cash management and financial flows
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement and improve internal control procedures

**REQUIRED PROFILE**
- Degree in accounting, finance or management (CPA, ACCA, MBA Finance or equivalent)
- 3-7 years of proven experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAGE, ERP, QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP or local accounting standards
- Highly organized, rigorous and discreet

Hire-Sync is seeking three seasoned Senior Finance Controllers to lead financial operations for our premier clients within the Manufacturing and Mining sectors. These roles are pivotal in driving fiscal discipline and strategic growth in high-impact regions.
Position Overview

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the integrity of financial data and the optimization of capital across African operations.
Strategic Planning: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Provide deep-dive analysis into variances to support the companies regional objectives.
Operational Oversight: Manage comprehensive financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), treasury functions, and robust cash flow management.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial activities strictly adhere to Local GAAP and IFRS . Manage statutory audits and tax compliance within the specific regulatory frameworks of Nigeria or DRC.
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and executive leadership, translating financial data into actionable business insights to drive profitability.
Process Excellence: Continuously audit existing financial workflows to identify bottlenecks; implement lean processes and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
System Integrity: Oversee SAP implementation or maintenance , ensuring the ERP system is leveraged to its full potential for accurate real-time reporting.

## 💼 Expérience
Industry Expert: Extensive experience in the Manufacturing or Mining industry is non-negotiable. You must understand cost accounting, inventory management, and capital-intensive project cycles.
Regional Expertise: Proven track record of managing finance functions within Africa .
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of IFRS , local tax laws, and financial modeling.
Systems: Advanced proficiency in SAP (implementation experience is a significant advantage).

## 🎓 Formation / Diplômes
Education: Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Soft Skills:
