Location: Centurion

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Purpose of position

To maintain accurate records of accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.

Roles and responsibilities

Process invoices and reconcile statements. Process new creditors. Follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding information from suppliers. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

Requirements & Skills:

Diploma or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable. Solid understanding of accounting principles. Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word). SAGE system experience. Organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail.
