Billings Operations Manager Operations Clientele Sandton , South Africa Until 2026/07/26 Job description Billings Operations Manager To beresponsible for leading and planning the billing operations department. The individual will be responsible for ensuring a high degree accuracy within the department. They will also be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing policies and procedures and streamlining effective processes across multiple collection streams.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and improve billing operational processes; Analyse data and reports and use them to monitor activities and highlight gaps or risks; Reconciling and synchronizing data between various operational systems and tools;

Formation / Diplômes

Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling to ensure timely closing of month-end group billing information; Identify and raise system issues and represent the department at IT and Project Forums to ensure resolution and progress on development items Ensure stringent controls are in place for all processes and are fit for purpose; Act as a liaison between the department and various internal and external stakeholders Plan and implement monthly billing strategies that are aimed at improving collections; Prioritise departmental objectives and ensure resource plans are in place for the department; Resolve operational issues arising from actions or events and create mitigation plans; Serve as a subject matter expert for project-based deliverables;

B Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or a related field

Expérience

Proven work experience as an operations manager Advanced in MS Office, especially MS Excel
