Job description Our client is a Switzerland-based business focused on delivering high-quality digital transformation and ERP solutions to growing organisations across multiple industries. As part of their continued growth and ERP modernisation initiatives, they are expanding their NetSuite implementation capability and looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join the team.

This is an opportunity to work on end-to-end ERP implementations in a collaborative, international environment where you will play a key role in helping clients optimise business operations through modern ERP solutions.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead and support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through to post go-live support. You will work closely with clients to understand business processes, map operational requirements, design solutions, and configure NetSuite to meet business needs. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience delivering successful ERP implementations.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys combining business process consulting with system implementation and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support NetSuite ERP implementations across multiple business functions

Conduct requirements gathering workshops and analyse client business processes

Perform business process mapping and recommend optimised ERP solutions

Configure and customise NetSuite based on client requirements

Develop functional solution designs and implementation plans

Guide customers through system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Support data migration activities , validation, and reconciliation

Deliver end-user training and provide user adoption support

Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and project stakeholders throughout implementations

Provide post go-live support and assist with issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or similar ERP consulting role

Strong experience delivering full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations

Solid understanding of business process mapping, ERP workflows, and solution configuration

Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements from stakeholders

Exposure to testing processes, data migration, and end-user training

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have

NetSuite certifications

Experience working with international clients or distributed teams

Exposure to finance, operations, supply chain, or procurement processes

Understanding of ERP integrations and reporting tools
