Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in alignment with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum (English, Mathematics, Science, Global Perspectives, etc.). Develop and implement age-appropriate teaching materials, assessments, and learning activities. Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and prepare end-of-term reports. Use formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor and enhance student learning. Encourage student-centered learning and the development of critical thinking, inquiry, and communication skills. Foster a positive classroom climate that supports student behavior, growth, and well-being. Integrate ICT tools and interactive teaching techniques into daily instruction. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Collaborate with fellow staff in planning cross-curricular activities and school events. Attend and contribute to school events, staff meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities. Uphold and model the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding practices at all times. Qualifications and Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area (with a teaching qualification). Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a Cambridge or international school setting. Sound knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong classroom management and instructional skills. Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a multicultural team. Familiarity with assessment for learning (AfL) strategies and differentiated instruction. Competence in the use of educational technology.
