Job Description

The Deputy Director of Programs (DDP) at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will lead and manage program technical teams, grant management, and monitoring and evaluation teams in Nigeria. The DDP is responsible for ensuring high-quality program design and implementation, contributing to strategic planning, and fostering collaboration across departments. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to enhance humanitarian responses. The position is based in Abuja with frequent travel to field locations.
