Position : SAP EHS Consultant (M/F)

We are looking for a SAP EHS Consultant (M/F) for our client, a multinational IT services company.

 

Mission:

 

Define scope and business priorities for small-scale changes and may participate in larger-scale scoping exercises.

Specify and document operational requirements as instructed, ensuring traceability back to source. Analyse them to ensure they are consistent with business objectives and coherent, challenging them positively where necessary.

Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements.

Participates in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and underlying issues arising from the investigation of business requirements and issues, and identifies options for consideration.

Work iteratively with stakeholders to identify potential benefits and available options for consideration, and to define acceptance tests.

Good understanding of the project lifecycle and all its phases.

Review and contribute to project plans in terms of understanding dependencies and accurately assessing effort for own contributions or for the follow-on of which it is a part.

Monitor and report on project/task progress, risks and issues.

Actively participate in the preparation, design, execution and commissioning of customer implementation projects.

Demonstrate the ability to plan, facilitate and manage workshops or meetings with internal and external customers.

Facilitate project meetings, workshops, know-how transfer and documentation.

Required profile for job ad : SAP EHS Consultant (M/F)

Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field.

+2 years' professional experience on SAP EHS (knowledge of the complete lifecycle of incident and accident management, integration with other modules such as PM) Ability to manage the transformation and migration of data from an existing application to the SAP EHS system.

In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end SAP implementation projects in various business sectors.

Ability to design an end-to-end solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules in asset maintenance, sales distribution, warehouse management, sustainability practices and regulatory reporting.

Experience in updating SERC or Verisk 3E EHS regulatory content data in the past in the customer's SAP environment and in implementing the SAP EHS data model.

Good level of understanding of all EHS regulatory standards such as OSHA, REACh, TSCA, etc.

Ability to lead and conduct design workshops in front of an audience of business and IT teams.

Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios and write functional specifications for complex customizations.

Very good understanding of SAP EHSEHSM master data.

Experience of S4HANA conversion from ECC is an added advantage.

Good understanding of S4HANA Onpremise, Private Cloud and Cloud architecture and RISE with SAP is a plus.
