Our organization is looking for a visionary and experienced Regional Coordinator to provide strategic and operational leadership.

LOCATION: Zambia | CONTRACT: CDI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the organizational strategy
  • Manage and motivate all teams
  • Represent the organization to partners, clients and institutions
  • Drive financial and operational performance
  • Ensure governance and legal compliance
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or equivalent)
  • 7-15 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strategic vision, business acumen and results-orientation
  • Strong professional network; international experience a plus
