ACCOUNTANT – MOROGORO & DAR ES SALAAM

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax regulations and financial policies.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Assist in audits and provide data for management decisions.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) accreditation required.

3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in microfinance, banking, or corporate settings.

Proficient in accounting and finance software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
