NGO Striving For All is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager Position Summary Striving For All is looking for an innovative, strategic, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and enhance the organization’s marketing, communications, and visibility initiatives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies that promote the organization’s programs, campaigns, events, and overall mission.

This role requires a person who can blend creativity with strategy to boost public awareness, deepen audience engagement, and support the organization’s growth and impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with Striving For All’s mission, programs, and organizational objectives.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns to promote projects, events, partnerships, and recruitment activities.
  • Identify target audiences and suggest effective communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent application of Striving For All’s brand identity across all communication materials and platforms.
  • Support the creation of brochures, flyers,
  • Manage and expand the organization’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content for social media and digital channels.
  • Monitor social media performance and generate reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Assist with website content updates, including articles, news updates, project stories, and announcements.
  • Write captions, press releases, success stories, articles,
  • Coordinate the collection of photos, videos, testimonials, and field stories from programs and events.
  • Support the promotion of organizational events, campaigns, workshops, and community activities.
  • Track the performance of marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain records of marketing materials, media coverage, digital content, and campaign results.

Expérience

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the Digital Marketing field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing, or digital media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to produce clear and engaging content for different audiences.
  • Good knowledge of branding, campaign planning, and audience engagement.
  • Experience working with design teams or using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other local languages is an added advantage.
